Join Melrose Chamber members along with members from the Reading-North Reading, Stoneham, Wakefield Lynnfield and Wilmington Tewksbury Chambers for an evening of socializing, networking and a special presentation with Lisa Smith, Owner of Smith Marketing & Social and Senior Account Director at Harte Hanks, a global marketing firm. Our host, Bellevue Golf Club, will provide a beautiful space and complimentary appetizers. A cash bar will be available.

About Lisa Smith:

Who is Lisa Smith and what makes her qualified to talk to you about this? Lisa is a marketing and social media expert who's been working in the corporate world for the past 20 years. She has an MBA from UMass Boston which she earned while working full-time. Two years ago, Lisa decided to start her own marketing/social media business, Smith Marketing & Social on the side because she thought it would be "fun." As Lisa says: "Ha ha - the joke was on me because no one told me it would be this hard! I suddenly found myself as a mom of 2 kids and a wife, working a full-time corporate job, with another on the side. So I had no choice but to learn now to work smarter, not harder - otherwise I would have never made it this far!"

A member of the Melrose Chamber of Commerce, Lisa has been a Melrose resident for the past 15 years in the Horace Mann area with two crazy kids, a husband and an even crazier Boston Terrier. In her free time, she can be found spending way too much money at Home Goods, traveling with friends, freezing at any random hockey rink on the east coast or a hanging out at a dance studio. She also never met a French fry or any type of vodka drink she didn't like.
