Dr. O’Neil Smith has a unique medical practice specializing in primary prevention of illness and disease, as well as optimization of overall health and wellness. She defies the traditional medical algorithms and assesses patients as unique, physiologic, genetic and emotional individuals. Dr. O’Neil-Smith has an extensive background in nutrition, applied physiology, and sports medicine. She has been on the faculty at Tufts University School of Medicine and Boston University School of Medicine, and has served as Medical Director at Tom Brady’s TB12 training facilities. Dr. O’Neil Smith will be joining us at North Shore Martial Arts Center to spend some time offering invaluable information from her vast wealth of knowledge about the best Health and Wellness practices for children and adults.
